Nice staff, good location away from the noise and good pool on the roof. Rooms were really nice with a kitchenette if you wanted to make your own food. Only thing we didn’t like was the very hard beds and pillows.
Very well located close to the beach and a pedestrian street with restaurants, very friendly personnel. The kitchenette is convenient (could be better equipped though). Good value for money
Great service, everyone is super friendly and helpful. A fantastic distance from the beach (5 min walk) and near a lot of great restaurants. In a quiet area but 2 blocks from all the action. Would absolutely recommend.
The quiet end of 5th av, it's a great location and just 8 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are nice and open apartment style. The only thing missing was some oil, salt and pepper to start cooking. Gorgeous rooftop pool with great view and plenty of sun and shade. The staff were very lovely too!
Fantastic hotel that is located one block south of 5th st aka Quintana and 50th so it is not a noisy as the other hotels. The rooms are clean and spacious and equipped with an America size fridge and a microwave which makes it ideal for long term stay. Minutes walk from tons of delicous places to eat as well as the public beach make this a great value for those who come to Playa del Carmen. Five out of five stars
This hotel is just slightly off the beaten path, but that adds to its charm. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very modernized. The staff excelled in going out of their way to provide excellent service, especially Rafael. I will be returning here the next time I vacation in the area.
Great front desk service. Room was very large , full kitchen and living room area. We stayed 4 days . Room was cleaned every day. Walking distance to the beach and 5th ave. Away from all the action of 5th but you can walk to 5th. Felt safe, saw lot of people walking around the area. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Nice roof top pool. We will definitely stay there again.
Lovely hotel and a superb staff. Front desk, cleaning ladies. Loved our open floor plan suite with kitchen and dining room living room all one, and then you step onto the balcony to gaze at the sea. Kitchen was sufficient to cook proper meals. Overlooking the sea from the rooftop pool was pretty special as well. Nothing between us and the water but greenery, no buildings blocking views. Personally I’d put more plants on that beautiful rooftop, but as. It was, just fine, and we enjoyed it as well Location is perfect, close to 5th Ave and it’s just a lovely walkable or biking town.
